Each product undergoes a series of internal tests:
– Tensile testing machines record tensile diagrams and with their help we analyze the strength and ductility of the metal, obtaining precise characteristics.
– Pendulum impact testing machines evaluate impact toughness by testing samples for resistance to sudden loads.
– Torsion testing machines measure the limits of resistance of materials to torques and axial forces, which is especially important for harsh operating conditions.

Spectral analysis allows us to accurately determine the composition and properties of metals, checking the compliance of products with strict standards. Using special equipment, we can accurately identify the percentage content of the main components and impurities in alloys, which ensures quality stability.
